I coordinate and brief all involved vendors and suppliers. I provide regular status information, timelines, cost estimations, briefing decks or management summaries for you. This enables me to keep the entire team informed and you - to keep the overview.

At E2open, our marketing team was extremely lean, yet tasked with handling global marketing for the $200M company.
